What are the dates and schedule for The Mopar Showdown 2025?The Mopar Showdown 2025 is Saturday, September 27th through Sunday, September 28th. Gates open at 8 a.m. CT on both days. Saturday events include an all-Mopar drag race, car show, swap meet, car corral, family activities and more. Sunday features the car show and awards, autocross, burnout contest, swap meet, car corral, family activities and more. The event schedule is coming soon! On Friday, September 26, 2025 is an open test and tune for all makes as well as the setup for the swap meet and vendors . How much does admission cost and is it included in my car show registration?Cost for admission is $15.00 per person per day at the gate. If you pre-registered, your car show registration includes a weekend pass (2 days admission) for one person, and you'll receive your wristbands in your car show packet. You can prepurchase additional weekend passes for passengers along with your car registration for $25 each. Please wear your wristbands at all times.

What is the code of conduct for guests?Code of Conduct Rock Falls Raceway and The Mopar Showdown is fully committed to providing our car show and race fans affordable family entertainment in a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Guests are required to take responsibility for their behavior in order to insure they are not interfering with the enjoyment of others. Guests are specifically required to refrain from the following: Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature. Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. Interference with the event. Failure to follow instructions of stadium personnel or law enforcement. Verbal or physical harassment of others including all fans, participants, officials and staff. Theft or vandalism. Engaging in any of the above code violations in any areas outside Rock Falls Raceway that are owned or operated by Rock Falls Raceway or its affiliates. ​ Campfires are allowed above ground in the pits. Firewood rules are the same as state laws: all wood must be from within 60 miles of Rock Falls Raceway. ​ Washrooms and showers are open all night on race weekends. ​If these rules are not followed, patrons may be asked to leave the property

Can I bring my dog?Pets are not allowed except for service animals.

What food options are available?Concessions are provided by Rock Falls Raceway. Check back as we add food truck vendors to our line up!

Do I need to bring my chairs?Grandstand seating is available to watch drag racing and other track events. But you will want to provide your own chairs for seating in the car show area.

What are the accessibility and mobility options?Most of Rock Falls Raceway is on flat ground so mobility scooters should be able to move around fairly well on all the paved surfaces and flat grassy areas.

What volunteer options are available?We have many 4 hour spots open from front gate registration, parking helper, to hospitality host. Fill out the volunteer form to learn more!

How loud is it?It can be very loud with drag cars going down the track on Saturday. Some people choose to bring earplugs.

How much does spectator entry cost per day?Spectator entry is $15.00 per day for adults. Kids 6 to 12 years old are $5.00. Children 5 years old and under are free.

If you pre-registered, your car show registration includes a weekend pass (2 days admission) for one person, and you'll receive your wristbands in your car show packet. You can prepurchase additional weekend passes for passengers along with your car registration for $25 each. Please wear your wristbands at all times. If you register at the gate for the car show, a weekend pass is included in your $50 entry. Each passenger will need to purchase a gate admission. Drag racers who are not entered in the car show will need to purchase gate entry for each person.

Can I enter the autocross without entering the car show or drag race?No. Car show entry or drag racing entry is required in order to participate in the autocross event.

Can I enter the burnout contest without entering the car show?No. Car show entry is required in order to participate in the free burnout contest and cash prize for the winner.

What is the racers' code of conduct?Alcohol consumption by participating drivers is strictly prohibited. Drivers caught consuming alcohol will be disqualified from their races. No alcohol is allowed in the staging lanes or starting line area. No glass bottles are allowed on track premises. The speed limit in the pit area and return road is 10 MPH. Watch for children, Jr. Dragsters and pets. No skateboards or roller blades allowed in pit area or staging lanes. Golf carts, ATVs, mopeds and bicycles are to be used for race support only. Safe travel is encouraged at all times while operating a motorized vehicle. Children under the age of 16 (and without a valid driver's license) are not allowed to operate any motorized vehicle. This includes ATVs, golf carts, scooters and mopeds. Auxiliary pit vehicles should park in Lane 8 or in the dashed (///) lines near the starting line. No engines starting before 7:30 a.m. Background music will stop when racing ends, and quiet time (no motors/music/loud noise) begins at midnight.

Will the event be cancelled if it rains?The car show and swap meet will happen rain or shine. Drag racing will start back up as soon as the track is dry and safe to use.

Can anyone enter the drag race?Yes, as long as your car meets Rock Falls Raceway safety tech requirements for the times it will run. See the Rock Falls Raceway website for more details.

Where can I find a map of the venue?We will be adding a map of the venue soon!

Is there much shade?No; the racetrack is in a large field to accommodate all the parking and trailers. We recommend bringing canopies and sunscreen. Please have a way to secure your canopy so it doesn't blow around.

Are there local amenities like hotels, gas stations, grocery stores?Rock Falls Raceway is just fifteen minutes away from Eau Claire, Wisconsin which hosts a multitude of grocery stores, hotels, gas stations and restaurants.

What camping accommodations are available?Onsite camping is available for free for this event. No water/electric hookups. The racers pavilion bathrooms and showers will be available.

Where can spectators park?Spectators can park in the grassy field to the east of the main gate. Follow the signs/volunteers.
