​​All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms, conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

 

By registering for this event as a participant, vendor or spectator, you agree to the following:

 

Insurance

All showfield cars must have current insurance.

​

Showfield/Vendor Credentials and Refunds

There are no refunds on show & vendor registrations within 45 days of the event for which you have registered or purchased space. If you need to process a refund please check your purchase immediately upon receiving the order confirmation.

Schedule of Show Events

Events happen rain or shine. The Mopar Showdown and Rock Falls Raceway reserves the right to cancel or postpone any individual component or activity of the show for any reason without notice.

Driving on the Grounds

Patron safety is everyone’s responsibility. Spectator, showfield and vendor parking is at your own risk. The Mopar Showdown and Rock Falls Raceway does not guarantee the safety or security of any property left at any site, on grounds or off grounds, at any time.

Alcohol

Disorderly persons will not be tolerated. No glass bottles. Sale of alcoholic beverages other than by a licensed vendor is prohibited.

 

Service Animals & Pets

Pets are not allowed, but service animals are permitted by law. They should be leashed at all times and provided with food/water/shade. Pick up and dispose of their waste and keep them away from other animals and patrons. Your animal must be under your control at all times. You are fully responsible for its actions. Any offensive or unsafe actions by your animal or as the owner, will result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Mopar Showdown, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Termination 

These terms apply to you when you access the site or complete a purchase. The Mopar Showdown can terminate these terms at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions related to Copyrights, Trademarks, Disclaimer, Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous will remain in effect after termination.

Spectator Entry and Advertising Release

By attending or participating in this event as a paid or complimentary spectator, Showfield registrant, or vendor, you grant The Mopar Showdown, and its affiliates, agents, and representatives, the unrestricted right to:

1. Photograph, draw, record, or recreate your image and vehicle, in any form or medium, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, before, during, or after the event.

2. Publish or release information about you and your vehicle.

3. Create, distribute, and sell materials (such as advertisements, magazines, brochures, T-shirts, posters, etc.) featuring your image or vehicle.

You also grant The Mopar Showdown and Rock Falls Raceway all necessary rights, including intellectual property and copyright, to use these images and information worldwide, without any additional payment or notice, and with full discretion in their use.

Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

By competing, officiating, observing, working, or participating in any way in the Event(s), or entering any Restricted Area (an area requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission, or where public access is restricted), you acknowledge and agree to continuously inspect the area for safety. If you identify any unsafe conditions, you will immediately inform the officials and, if necessary, leave the Restricted Area and/or stop participating in the Event(s).

By attending or participating in the Event(s), you release, waive, and agree not to sue the owners, promoters, participants, sponsors, vendors, vehicle owners, or anyone involved in the event, including those in restricted areas, from all liability for any injury, damage, or death arising out of the event. This includes any injury caused by negligence, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless these parties from any loss or costs related to your injury or death. You acknowledge that the event involves significant risks, including serious injury or death, and may be worsened by negligent rescue operations. You understand and accept these risks, and agree that this release applies to all negligent acts, including rescues, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this waiver, and voluntarily give up substantial rights in order to attend and participate.

Warranty Disclaimer
This site and its materials and products are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Mopar Showdown disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Mopar Showdown does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be fixed, or that the site or its server is free from viruses or harmful components. The Mopar Showdown makes no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, or reliability of the site's materials. Some states do not allow limitations on warranties, so these restrictions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability
The Mopar Showdown and Rock Falls Raceway are not responsible for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or its products, even if they were warned about the possibility of such damages. In some cases, the law may not allow limitations on liability, so this may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo, The Mopar Showdown reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, whether or not your order was confirmed or your credit card charged. If your card is charged and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued for the incorrect price.

Notice
The Mopar Showdown can deliver notices to you via email, a general notice on the site, or other reliable methods to the contact details you provided.

Use of Site
Harassment, including through email, chat, or abusive language, is prohibited. Impersonating others, including Mopar Showdown or Rock Falls Raceway staff or other users, is not allowed. You may not upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. Commercial content or solicitation of users for other services or organizations is also prohibited.

Participation Disclaimer
The Mopar Showdown does not review all user-generated content on the site and is not responsible for it. By allowing users to post and share content, The Mopar Showdown is simply acting as a conduit and is not liable for any content or activities. However, The Mopar Showdown can remove content it deems abusive, misleading, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise unacceptable at its sole discretion.
